DESCRIPTION:The Annual National Association of Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger food drive is the nation’s largest one day food drive\, held on the second Saturday in May\, with the mission to feed the hungry in America. \nFor the year of 2026\, we are once again working together with the following post offices on Saturday May 9th to help families in the San Gabriel Valley: \nArcadia Post Office: 41 Wheeler Ave. Arcadia\, CA 91006 \nMonrovia Post Office: 225 S. Ivy Ave. Monrovia\, CA 91016 \nVOLUNTEER to help us sort and pack donated goods! This role involves repetitive bending\, lifting (up to 20 lbs)\, and standing for extended periods\, so volunteers should be comfortable with physical activity. \nAvailable volunteer shifts: \nARCADIA: \nSaturday May 9th 2:00pm-4:45PM \nSaturday May 9th 4:15pm-7:00pm \nMONROVIA: \nSaturday May 9th 2:00pm-4:45pm \nSaturday May 9th 4:15pm-7:00pm
