• Primary Care – vaccines, labs, medication

Below are the vaccines we offer:

• COVID, Flu, HEP A, HEP B, HPV, Pneumonia, shingles and tetanus.
• Urgent Care – POC ultrasounds / labs, ECG, wound care and other procedures
• Behavioral Health Care
• Field-based Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Reproductive and Sexual Health – STD diagnosis / treatment, cervical cancer screening
• OB triage and prenatal care
• Transition of Care (ex. Verification of Disability (VOD), Enriched Residential Care (ERC), housing referrals, etc)
