All tiers include: Bordetella, DA2PP, FVRCP, Microchipping, Rabies, & Revolution
• $10 – Tier 1: DVM exam, vaccines, and microchipping
• $15 – Tier 2: DVM exam, vaccines, microchipping, and injectable drugs
• $20 – Tier 3: DVM exam, vaccines, microchipping, injectable drugs, and medication to take home
