Free Flu Vaccine Clinic

(Open to the Public)

Stay safe and protected with a free flu vaccine at the Foothill Unity Center.

Flu vaccine requirements:

• No COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms
• Parents or guardians must be present to give consent for children ages 9-17 years.
• Not allergic to eggs or the influenza vaccine.
• Not have a history of Guillian-Barre syndrome
