Foothill Unity Center is partnering with LA Regional Food Bank to educate and inform those we serve about the importance of a healthy diet and positive lifestyle choices. This event will teach you how to get more fiber with fruits, vegetables, and whole grains!
*Participants who attend four or more classes will receive an incentive gift
