Thank you to everyone who supported our 2024 Health & Resource Fair!
Last weekend, the community received various resources, including health screenings, a food washing station, free haircuts and manicures, delicious lunch, plants, and access to a free farmers market. Our goal is to ensure everyone in our community has access to essential health services and resources that are vital for creating a healthier community for all!
