These past few weeks we’ve had many celebrations and supporters helping us prepare for our Holiday Food & Toy Distribution drive.
We felt the Holiday spirit at the first in person meeting of the Arcadia Community. The Verdugo Hills Chorus ”Sweet Adelines” spread the cheer with their songs.
We joined in Celebrating the season at the City of Monrovia Holiday parade. Thank you to the Consiglio family for driving their beautiful vintage cars as part of parade entry.
We had great day at the Downtown Arcadia Holiday Fair and food drive. Great to see Ca. State Senator Susan Rubio and Arcadia City Councilmember April Verlato out. A BIG Thank you to Arcadia High School & Football team for helping out @downtownarcadia Holiday Fair and Food Drive!
Thank you to University of the West for Hosting their tamale event where they will be collecting canned food and warm clothing to benefit families in need!
Thank you to the Arcadia Association of Realtors, Events4charity, for all their Holiday support.
Thank you to Girl Scout Troop 8111 for coming by to decorate some angels and help us prepare for our Holiday distribution! We will be providing toys, games, holiday themed foods, and much more to our families in need this holiday season and we couldn’t do it without volunteers like you!

Thank you to the Burlington Monrovia management, staff and community for all the support with their Coat drive donations. The collected coats will be of great assistance with unhoused services.
For years, the AD Foundation has provided warmth and the spirit of giving through the form of hot meals for our homeless clients. Foothill Unity Center and our clients express gratitude for acts of kindness such as this. A warm meal fills the heart and we hope to provide that as often as we can.

Caring Transitions hosted a food drive, where the community came together to collect food and pet food for our families in need this holiday season! Today, we welcomed Caring Transitions and all the characters involved with open arms at our Center where they presented Foothill Unity Center with their great donations.
Second Baptist Church, Monrovia Inc donated a fantastic contribution of turkeys to Foothill Unity Center today! We were honored with the efforts of Monrovia City Council member Larry Spicer who brought the turkeys to our Center as a representative of the Second Baptist Church.
Assistance League of Arcadia came by with an incredible donation of toys and games for the Holidays. This great donation is going to brighten up the holidays for thousands of families in our community this season.
Meaningful shopping time with the Monrovia Rotary Club’s Santa Clothes event at Kohl’s Monrovia. Thank you to the Rotary Club of Monrovia for sharing this amazing event with Foothill Unity Center participants. Children are matched with their Interact youth shopper to select needed clothing, shoes and gift items.
Thank you to the Monrovia Police Officers Association and Detail Union Premium Auto Care for hosting a great event collecting greatly needed food and toys In support of local families in need. Thank you to everyone who participated. Our young volunteers also enjoyed helping and sitting in Santa’s Sleigh
